MaxPark retrieves vehicle-related data from publicly available sources aggregated by third-party providers. MaxPark operates as an independent entity and is not affiliated with any government organization. All information is displayed unaltered and solely for the benefit of the public.
2. Account Registration and Responsibilities
To access certain features of MaxPark, you must register an account.
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete details during registration.
- It is your responsibility to secure your account credentials.
- You are solely responsible for all actions and transactions performed under your account.
3. Data Collection and Usage
3.1 Data Collected
Personal information we collect may include:
- Name
- Address
- Phone number
- Location
- Vehicle license plate number
3.2 How We Use Your Data
With your consent, MaxPark may:
- Send service updates, product information, and feature notifications via email.
- Share promotional offers and updates through phone calls.
- Improve customer service and respond to your requests more effectively.
3.3 Transaction Processing
Data will only be used to fulfill requested services or products. Your data will not be sold, transferred, or shared without your consent, except when required for service delivery.

Note: By consenting, you agree to receive communications regardless of DND/DNC restrictions. You may opt out at any time by deactivating your account.

MaxPark requires continuous location access to provide:

- Recommendations for nearby available parking lots
Background location access enables precise trip tracking and personalized parking recommendations.
5. Privacy and Intellectual Property
By using the Service, you consent to the collection and usage of personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy. All intellectual property, including text, graphics, logos, trademarks, and software, is owned by MaxPark or its licensors. Modification, reproduction, or redistribution without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
6.1 Prepaid Bookings
All bookings through the MaxPark app are prepaid, calculated based on selected hours and parking rates.
6.2 Non-Cancellable and Non-Refundable
Bookings cannot be canceled or refunded due to technical errors or unavailability of services, as determined by MaxPark.
6.3 Parking Provider Obligations
Parking providers are obligated to honor prepaid reservations made via MaxPark.
6.4 Extended Parking Stays
Users exceeding their booking duration will incur additional non-refundable charges in accordance with the parking lot's applicable rates.
6.5 Dispute Resolution
For disputes (e.g., unavailability of reserved parking slots), users must contact MaxPark customer care.
- If the reserved spot is unavailable, MaxPark will either arrange an alternative space or provide a full refund.
7. Consent Management
7.1 Obtaining Consent
By submitting your personal information during transactions, you consent to its use for service fulfillment. For marketing or secondary purposes, explicit consent will always be requested, or opt-out options will be provided.
7.2 Withdrawing Consent
Users can withdraw consent at any time by contacting support@maxpark.ai.
7.3 Location Access Settings
- Allow access only when using the app
- Disable access entirely

13. Account Deletion
Users wishing to delete their accounts must:

Note: Deleted accounts cannot be reactivated. User data will be retained or deleted in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
